Dr. Paul Fischer is a board-certified plastic surgeon
serving Milford, CT and patients throughout New Haven County &
Fairfield County. With decades of surgical experience, he is known for
delivering refined, natural-looking results in both cosmetic and reconstructive
procedures. He is also the Medical Director for GlowCoast Medical Spa.
A magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa
graduate of St. Lawrence University, Dr. Fischer earned his medical
degree from Brown University. He completed General Surgery training at
the University of Massachusetts, followed by a Plastic Surgery residency
and a Fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at the University of Pittsburgh.
He has been in private practice in Connecticut since 1989.

of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Fischer also served as voluntary faculty for the Yale
Plastic Surgery Residency Program and is a multiple-time recipient of Connecticut Magazine’s Top Doctor Award. His
practice is built on surgical precision, patient safety, and personalized care. Dr. Fischer is also the Medical Director of GlowCoast Medical Spa.
LouAnn Perugini, ACNP, FNP
Dermatology
LouAnn Perugini is a multi-board certified Nurse Practitioner, obtaining
accreditation in Acute Care (ACNP) and Family Practice (FNP) from the
American Nurse Credentialing Center, Adult Health from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is board certified in Dermatology (DcNP) by the
Dermatology Nurse Association. She is also a Certified Aesthetic Nurse
Specialist (CANS) from the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nursing and
a DOT Medical Examiner. She performs medical tattooing, having
received training through the Society for Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. Additionally she has certificates in adult critical
care nursing (CCRN, TNCC) and medicine (FCCS).
LouAnn received an MSN degree from Vanderbilt University and an MS degree
from the University of Colorado. In 1999 she was directly commissioned
in the Army Nurse Corp and attended the US Army Primary Flight Surgeon
Course. She served for almost a decade as an Aviation Medicine Nurse
Practitioner with the Army's elite 160th Special Operations Aviation
Regiment.
Along with Dermatology LouAnn has a special interest in Tropical medicine,
breast cancer reconstruction tattooing and scar therapy and volunteers
treating scars of Wounded Warriors and Military Veterans
Demi Marathas MMSc, PA-C
Dermatology
Demi Marathas is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fairfield University and her Master of Medical Science at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston. Demi has clinical experience in both Plastic Surgery and Dermatology. Her areas of expertise include management of all common dermatological skin conditions and skin cancer screening.
Demi is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). She is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and currently licensed as a PA in the states of Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey.

With over 25 years of experience in medical aesthetics, she is an expert nurse injector who has trained and practiced extensively for those 25 years under board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Paul Fischer.
Christine is known for delivering customized, natural-looking results that enhance and refresh without appearing overdone. She is certified in leading neurotoxin and dermal filler injectable brands and takes a meticulous, anatomy-focused approach to every treatment. Her expertise extends to advanced skin rejuvenation, including Erbium laser resurfacing, IPL (intense pulsed light), microneedling, laser hair removal, and chemical peels. She strategically integrates these procedures with medical-grade skincare lines to optimize outcomes and support long-term skin health.
