Consultations for cosmetic procedures are provided at no charge. Reconstructive and dermatological consultations are billed directly to your insurance carrier. Please bring your insurance card with you and make sure that a referral from your primary care physician has been made if your insurance company requires one. Payment of copays at the time of the office visit is appreciated.
